Message types
Message types: offer and inquiry alerts. We text you when a buyer sends an inquiry or an offer on a listing you own, and only if you opted in. We do not send marketing blasts through this program.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. You will not receive a message unless someone contacts you about a listing. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
How you opt in
The opt-in checkbox on signup and on the listing form starts unchecked. Checking it is how you agree to receive RangeAcre Alerts. We store an opt-in record with your phone number, the disclosure you saw, and a timestamp. The disclosure reads: I agree to receive RangeAcre Alerts text messages about offer and inquiry alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also opt you out. Reply START to opt in again. You can also opt out from your account page. After STOP, we will not send further offer or inquiry alerts unless you opt in again.
